Thank God for Kinkos

I've had my laptop back for a total of two days and now it is on the fritz again. Thank God for Kinkos. I have no idea what it is, but I seem to have this strange affect on electronic equipment, causing them to malfunction and never working properly ever again. Not sure what I am going to do in the meantime, but am slowly tossing the idea around of getting a brand new computer, that way I at least have a manufacturer's warranty to fall back on. We shall see.

I am also dealing with the realization that I have been stress eating a lot lately. Sure, I am indeed stressed, but I know over eating isn't going to help matters. So why I have chosen to bury my face in sweets the last two weeks??? I think I know why, but its just a dumb reason, the same way I have been over-spending the last two weeks too buying silly things and wasting my hard earned money on books and CDs that are just going to collect dust on my shelf. Anything to keep a memory alive I suppose...

Oh and one random thought, I also won a free T-shirt and other goodies at an advanced screening to "My Super Ex-Girlfriend." It was a decent film and was definitely cute in all the right places.

I am off to Smash Records to stock up on more dust collectors before they close the doors and move to a yet un-announced location.

Too Many Thoughts At Once...

Now that I have the laptop back from the repair man and I have access to the net when I ever I want to, I have all of these random thoughts floating around my head of things I need to do, want to do and wish to buy from eBay. In the coming weeks I may post my observations and thoughts, depending on my mood. I'm piecing together a small collection of thoughts already that I am telling myself will be part of a story that is monopolized my time as of late. It's a work in progress that is continuously throwing itself at me, ordering me to write down a detail, or some dialogue that is becoming that special glue that will hopefully keep the reader's attention. I'll keep you posted on its progress from time to time. This is just the beginning of my introduction, I'll post more about "me" later. Until then, someone please throw me a life saver, I just remembered I have an entire different list of things to do in the real world that doesn't involve the newly granted access to world wide web. Mmmmm......Life.
